One word at a time: experiences of poetic writing in the virtual world

An unprecedented and unexpected event is shaking the world. In order to take care of ourselves and others, schools close their doors and move into homes. During the first two weeks, the Language and Literature team of the Juan Zorrilla de San Martín Institute improvised some activities to fill that time "without classes", and to be able to return later without being "so far behind" with what we had planned at the beginning of the year. When we realized that those fifteen days were going to be extended for a longer period of time, we took a break. The experience we are going to talk about here develops from a movement that the pause allowed us to make. We wanted more than pedagogical continuity. We believed that in our space it was not possible to transfer to virtuality what we usually did in the classroom with the children. We wanted to pierce the confinement and create presence. So, we started to think.
