The design of a Survey and Mapping Sheet, to gather and synthesize essential information on the buildings analyzed, arises in the context of the research project PI 17H018 "Documentary heritage in centenary public institutions of Corrientes and Resistencia. Identification, analysis and valuation of its collections” (approved by Res. No. 966/17-CS/UNNE), and the PE extension project “150th anniversary of the National College, management and conservation of heritage sources for its history. Part II”, which are intended to be a mechanism for bringing the university and students closer to historical archives and libraries, in the case of both projects, also to school archives and libraries; intended as a resource and source of information.
What concerns us in this case is not the final product called file, but how this way of presenting or representing the relevant information becomes a source. To do this, I will develop the concept and action of the survey (from the Latin reliefum) understood basically as the action or effect of surveying; but committed to providing the relevant information (in this case to the achievement of the objectives of the Pi).
