Abstract

This article describes the pre-professional community practices of the Occupational Therapy degree and the problematic situation built with the Intercultural Health Center, in the Mocoví neighborhood, in relation to the daily life of children. Then, mention is made to the integrality of cultural, academic and popular knowledge arranged communally for the local management of social projects and for the production of knowledge. Finally, we anticipate, from the ongoing research on this case study, preliminary conclusions linked to notions of participation, communication and care, in order to continue thinking about integrality in and from university functions. It is proposed to establish dialogues that articulate developments and reflections regarding integrality between occupational therapy community practices and university extension based on the Projects "Inquietes: Derechos en Movimiento" (2014-2017), carried out in the city of Recreo, Santa Fe, Argentina, from the Universidad Nacional del Litoral.
