Abstract

This article deals with the analysis of the resulting problems from the valuation and quantification of moral damage in the regime of liability in Argentina, and the difficulties in the realization of the principle of the full and integral reparation. Only the clear enunciation of these problems will make possible to formulate viable solutions. For a further delimitation of the topic will be addressed in particular the damages to honor and private life by unlawful information expressed by the media, and the need to strengthen such damage with a proposal to prevent and punish the speculative and lucrative conduct in this area.
