Abstract

The human personality and its fundamental rights which safeguard their fundamental properties: freedom, life and work, need a normative order, constitutional and legal, and an independent judicial system to ensure protection of these rights. The Constitutional procedural law studies mechanisms, actions, procedures, resources and procedural norms that mark the judicial paths and possible judgments which may be adopted by the judges to reach the constitutional protection of human rights. The codification and systematization of rules governing constitutional procedures is a goal that Congress must meet. This is the subject of study in this work.
