Abstract

In the current paper we will discuss the possibility of rectification on a public deed, by the notary, when thereof or other documents arises errors or omissions in the name of the witnesses. To arrive at a conclusion, we will analyze the essential elements of the legal business and the impact of the new 1002 article, introduced by law 26.140.
