Abstract

This work, after a brief general introduction on environmental law, deals with the judgment of December 23, 2019 in the case “Cruz, Silvia Marcela and others v / Ministry of Energy and Mining of the Nation s / amparo environmental”, related to the “Porta Hnos. A.S.” factory located in the city of Córdoba.

Member of the research team SECyT Consolidar: on the human right to the environment: the possible implications of provincial jurisprudence and the advisory opinion OC-23/17 of the IACHR in the formation of national public policy in the field (SECyT 2018/21 UNC Consolidar project code 33620180100404CB).
