For such purposes, a review of its background, foundations, and requirements will be carried out in the light of national and foreign doctrine and jurisprudence. Finally, the recognition rules incorporated in the Civil and Commercial Code of the Argentine Republic will be analyzed, regarding the filiation, adoption and protection institutes of children and adolescents.
