Abstract

The phenomenon of global financial activity and especially when it comes from offshore financial entities is a phenomenon that affects all countries and that, particularly in Argentina, has had catastrophic effects, not only in the economic field, which here we wish to emphasize, but also fiscal. Taking into account the sanction of law 26860, that enables the controversial mechanism commonly called “money laundering”, we formulated a crucial question: What good is a “whitening “if not close the channels of fled of currency? This is a fundamental issue in the social organization of a country, particularly to encourage productive capitalism.
