Abstract

Research is one of the vital functions of the University, not only in terms of the production of knowledge but also the production of information and dialogues with the community. This Journal of Procedural Law and Human Rights was born precisely from a research project framed in the call of the Secretary of Science and Technology of the National University of Córdoba, for which the CONSOLIDAR research project entitled "Procedural acts and new technologies: towards an electronic file in the civil and commercial jurisdiction in the Nation and in the Province of Córdoba”.
