Nursing care for a humanized childbirth

Summary: Research and promotion of nursing care is es-sential for the dissemination and advancement of scientific and technological knowledge.This paper presents Argentine health policies and Law No. 25,929 on Humanized Childbirth, which aim to provide timely and quality medi-cal care, promoting the Safe Motherhood and Family-Centered Initiative (MSCF), with the aim of To increase their probability of acceptance, implementation, guaranteeing it protection of the rights of each of the involved in the process. Being the doctor is the legal person in charge of communicating, diagnosing and proposing the measures to be followed and nursing the care administrator, a humanized care, that goes beyond the simple procedure, relying on useful and beneficial practices, through communication and the Interpersonal relationship between the professional and the pregnant woman, her family or social group in the different stages of life, her health situation and the environment.
