Los objetivos de este trabajo fueron i) evaluar las variables agronómicas de los nuevos genotipos de garbanzo y la calidad nutricional, ii) determinar el efecto de las variables ambientales, durante el ciclo del cultivo y en llenado de grano, sobre la composición química, nutricional y elemental de los genotipos de garbanzo iii) establecer la relación entre la composición de elementos minerales del grano de los genotipos y del suelo de cada localidad. Este estudio proporciona información para el cultivo de semillas de garbanzo con calidad comercial y nutricional deseada.
