El libro La Agenda Universitaria V. Criterios y propuestas de gestión y de políticas universitarias forma parte de la colección La Agenda Universitaria que se elabora y edita en la Universidad de Palermo desde 2004, cuando se publicó el primer libro y continuó en 2015, 2017, 2018 y en 2020 con este quinto volumen. Todos fueron elaborados durante el seminario-taller que sostienen sus autores, quienes son personas comprometidas con la Educación Superior en su carácter de investigadores, autoridades de universidades estatales y privadas, actuales o exfuncionarios gubernamentales, así como académicos y gestores con alta responsabilidad en sus espacios, todos ellos con posiciones políticas diversas.
