A tres años del centenario de la Reforma Universitaria de 1918 Fernando Tauber publica en mayo del 2015 el libro “Hacia el Segundo Manifiesto: Los estudiantes universitarios y el reformismo hoy”. La publicación abre el debate sobre la educación superior universitaria, pública, gratuita y latinoamericana, a partir de la resignificación de los postulados de la Reforma en un contexto completamente distinto. Al mismo tiempo interpela al claustro estudiantil, actor clave en el surgimiento del movimiento reformista, a recuperar el ideario del ´18 y reflexionar comprometidamente sobre la Universidad, actual y futura, a partir de concebirla como herramienta indispensable para el desarrollo nacional y latinoamericano.Downloads
