Abstract

The reality of the participation of women in academic teaching careers at the University of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay is exposed, emphasizing the evolution in recent years and their active participation in organizational or teaching roles of higher grades in the Chair of Anatomy of the Faculty of Medicine.
