Abstract

This article addresses the training given to psychologists and health professionals as peers in order to develop secondary preventative interventions for mental health during the Covid-19 crisis. Focalizing on salutogenesis, and the view that every person has an innate capacity towards health, gives the possibility to avoid the effects of chronic stress, which makes people ill.
