There are described historical international, national and provincial precedents about aims, principles and measures of action for disabled people. Deficiency, Disability and handicap is definied. There are described the factors that cause disability and the deficiencies qualify in motorboats, sensory, mental and visceral.
The characteristics of the areas in study are described.
The General objectives of the proyect is, “Disabilities detect in cities of Tostado Villa Minetti and zones of influence in order to rehabilitate them and reinsert them in the society”
Finally multidisciplined teams detect and evaluate 445 patients with the following disabilities, 131 motor, 207 mental, 170 sensorial and 12 visceral, analyzing different factors and quantifying the rates of prevalence in all of them.
We arrived at the following conclusions, the social, economic and cultural conditions, and also the lack of offer of sanitary complete systems, the defective medical services and the accessibility to the same ones, constitute serious factors of risk for the population.
