Visto la necesidad de crear una Escuela para la formación de profesionales expertos en problemas de salud, que satisfaga el anhelo y aspiración de la Facultad de Ciencias Médicas. De esta manera se inicia el primer párrafo de la Resolución Rectoral Nº 879/73 suscripta por el Rector Dr. Francisco Luperi conjuntamente con el Secretario Dr. Juan Ahumada y el Director de la Secretaría General D.
