The action of dispossession: its sources in Canon Law
Keywords:
Possessory protection, Roman Law, Possessory guardianshipAbstract
The study of possessory defenses, their foundation and the extent of their guardianship is one of the subjects that has most fascinated jurists. This work is not a development of possessory actions, its only purpose is the last part of the quote that heads it, that is, to make known how possessory protection is received in the Lateran Council through decree law in canon law.
