Abstract

The challenges that multidimensional legal world has to face within contemporary life in a transitory postmodern society will be analyzed. Such world has to cope with and interpret in its multidimensionality the questions posed to the law in the context of a new world in transition. This complex postmodern globalized socio-cultural reality in which we live stresses the need for approaching the study of the law, not only from a regulatory perspective, but also from anthropological, social and judicial ethical viewpoints, hence the term multidimensional.
