Abstract

The evolution of learning from high school through college and, especially, the type of university that demand the new times and new social and economic structures, requires of the students an independent learning, active, thoughtful and self-regulated. This requires preparation of teachers not only as researchers but as real teachers in order to achieve a higher quality of teaching according to the exigencies of the new times.
