Abstract

The study contains references to domestic and international regulations that have governed the entry and residence of foreigners in Argentina since 1810. It indicates that inmigration policy recognizes its foundations in the National Constitution That has been influenced by internal and external events and was repeatedly modified following the orientation of the political-economic thought of each period.
