Abstract

In this paper I intend to determine a conceptual framework that can serve as a descriptive model of the development of the litis understood as a system of communication and transmission of information. During its development, I show the usefulness of understanding a complex number of problems that arise in the interpretation within a context of jurisdictional activity.
