Abstract

The present work carries out a synthetic  “conceptual topology” of the judicial decisions and the votes of Ricardo Lorenzetti, trying to discover the “microphysics” of the study applied in the various environmental judicial cases resolved, under his conception of the environmental paradigm: mode to approach them, to think about them, construct them and express them, in a way
that they are presented as an indivisible whole, demonstrating a legal logical unit.
