Adriana Dreyzin de Klor

Lawyer. PhD in Law and Social Sciences from the National University of Córdoba (UNC). Professor of Private International Law (DIPr) at the UNC. Member of the National Academy of Law and Social Sciences of Córdoba. Drafter of the preliminary draft of the Civil and Commercial Code of the Nation (now Law 26.994) to collaborate in the elaboration of Title IV of Book Six (Private International Law). This article -with some modifications- has been published in Revista de Derecho Privado y Comunitario 2020-3.
