Specialist in Legal and Economic Aspects of Mercosur (UNC). Master in International Cooperation for Development and Humanitarian Action by the International University of Andalusia (Spain). Doctor in Law and Science
Social (UNC). Professor of Public International Law at the Faculty of Law (UNC) and at the University of Business and Social Sciences (UCES) San Francisco-Cordoba-Argentina. Academic Coordinator of the Center for Legal and Social Research at the Faculty of Law (UNC).
