Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to describe the normative treatment and its configuration in practice of the obligation that falls on provincial public officials to make a declaration of assets, as established in Article 14 of the provincial constitution. Such situation will be analyzed in light of the principles determined by public ethics and the fundamental right of access to information, as they have been delineated by the Argentine constitutional and conventional system.
