Law N° 26485 identifies obstetric violence among the different forms of violence against women. Without prejudice to the fact that within this legal framework it is foreseen that every constitutive act of obstetric violence is considered a serious offense

Post-doctoral studies at the University Erlangen-Nürnberg (Germany). Former lecturer at Pompeu Fabra, Los Andes (Colombia) and San Andrés (Argentina) universities.
