Abstract

This paper aims to reflect and highlight the importance of “iuslaboralist doctrine” developed by Professor German Bidart Campos, sizing the extent that their contributions had, have and will continue on the new meaning of “constitutional vantage point” from which should be seen labor relations. The booklet presents the constitutional thought of the professor in thematic groups-from the source directly and literally highlighting the main projections that the author perpetrated on the legal rules and the actions of the state powers that regulated the right of the Argentine work of the last fifty years. The thematic range summed to visualize as the stiletto writer was introduced in such diverse fields of working life making unravel the “constitutional core” of the situation set in focus, also revealing the survival analysis because many of their comments were issued in insightful loneliness and over the years became “sacrosanct” truths doctrine and jurisprudence of the country.
