Abstract

This paper investigates the possibility of designing a specific model of res iudicata in the area of constitutional procedural law: the constitutional res iudicata, and with the construction of a separate category of judgments: the constitutional rulings. The study of these issues facilitates clearly know the basic features of the consequences of the work of the Constitutional Court, while denoting a complex issue: the nature of the constitutional judgment and the constitutional role of the judiciary in each legal system.
