The teaching of political law in the school of law of the National University of Córdoba

The state theory and the history of the political ideas did not know, in the Law School of the UNC autonomous teaching until the creation in 1942 of the Chair for Political Law. The historical development of the teaching of this subject in the Law School is marked by various professors which overtook the responsibility of exercising the ownership of the concerned Chair. This article aims to give testimony of the historical development of the Political Law teaching in our Law School and the performance of the titular professors, who took on.
