Abstract

The work focuses on the recent decision taken by the ICJ, 20 April 2010, in the case of pulp mills on the Uruguay River in the light of the strong interest that offers the conflict from the two aspects of international law: relation with the use of international watercourses for purposes other than navigation and international environmental law.
