Abstract

The National Ministry of Education approved, according to resolution n° 3401-E2017 passed in September 2017, the basic curricular contents for the Law career in view of the first call, which took place on 18th December 2017, in order to have them accredited by the National Commission of University Evaluation and Approval (CONEAU). Surprisingly the basic topics this paper deals with,
i.e. Transport, Foreign Trade, Tourism and Customs Law are not compulsorily included in the syllabus of the Law career in our country despite the countless situations a lawyer has to face during the practice of his profession and that require the knowledge of the specific regulations on these topics.
