Abstract

This paper deeply analyzes the principles and guarantees contained in mediation act 10543 (Córdoba, 2018) from theoretical contributions of different authors, identifying those introduced by the new legislation as well as those that were already present in the former act 8858. Furthermore, it looks through the new regulations issued after the Covid-19 pandemic that put online  mediation protocols into effect, for both Judicial Mediation Centers (Regulatory Agreements 1625 and 1643, Superior Court of Justice) as well as for other public and private centers (Resolutions 02/20 and 03/20, Secretary of Justice), inquiring about its
impacts over the formerly related principles.
