Abstract

This work is framed within the results of the research project (UNDEFi) whose objective was to design a methodology for Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) developed and applied in terms of environmental objectives and sustainable development in accordance with our institutional legal system; applicable to public policies, plans and programs (PPP) of environmental impact that involve strategic environmental resources for Defense. Here is a synthesis of the main SEA guidelines adapted to our institutional legal system, guided by its principles and framed in the constitutional goal of sustainable development.

Investigadora principal (UNDEF); miembro titular del Instituto de Derecho Ambiental y de los Recursos Naturales de la Academia Nacional de Derecho y Ciencias Sociales de Córdoba. Docente de grado y postgrado (UNDEF; UNC; UCC; UNCa). Directora proyecto de  investigación UNDEFi.
