Abstract

The present work aims to reflect on some of the implications that the COVID-19 pandemic projected on the clinical encounter and,
in particular, how the current situation has influenced confidentiality. A study from Bioethics and Law allows us to analyze questions that either the situation of exceptionality brought with it or already existed but were revealed at this time.
