Abstract

This article is part of the research project PROICO UNSL 15- 1020 “Environmental Policy and Law” that is developed in the Faculty
of Economic, Legal and Social Sciences of the National University of San Luis, where we intend to describe and analyze environmental policies, national and provincial, in matters of protection of natural resources (parks, reserves, protected areas) and conflicts in their intergovernmentality. To do this, we address a general characterization of the state of affairs in relation to the notions of federalism and distribution of powers, which will allow us to delve into the specific objective in order to observe the protective legal figures at different scales, with special emphasis on the province of San Luis.
