OPEN EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES TO WORK IN HIGHER EDUCATION
Rights and duties of the authors of virtual materials. The concept of author for law 11723 and its modifications
Keywords:
Open Educational Resources, Copyright, Privacy PolicyAbstract
In the production of virtual materials and especially with Open Resources, there is a mistake made by fellow Material Producers: to suppose that the use of open resources does not require the recognition of intellectual property rights, copyrights and respect for policies Of privacy. This work aims to reverse this situation by making explicit the duties and rights as teachers in the production of virtual materials. When writing this work on the rights and duties of the authors of virtual materials, we found it useful to approach it from the framework provided by the document “Guidelines for Open Educational Resources (OER) in Higher Education”, published by UNESCO 2015. We will make an allusion to the concept of author as it is contemplated in Law 11723 and its modifications.
