The purpose of this contribution is to reflect and make visible the work of the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights (IACHR) on the recognition and protection of the rights of Persons with disabilities (PCD).

Doctor in Law and Science
    Social (UNC). Professor of Public International Law at the Faculty of Law (UNC) and at the University of Business and Social Sciences (UCES) San Francisco-Cordoba-Argentina. Academic Coordinator of the Center for Legal and Social Research at the Faculty of Law (UNC).
