Abstract

Since the middle of the 20th Century the international human rights law has evolved dramatically. The economic, social and cultural rights are a clear example of this situation that is because they have developed from their recognition as international instruments to an effective protection at both national and international level. In this context this essay analyses the reception of these rights in the National Justice Supreme Court by the examination of one of the most recent cases on this subject: “A.T.E c/ Municipalidad de Salta s/ Recurso de Hecho”, 18th of June, 2013.
