About the Journal

Nomen Iuris (ISSN 2618-3641) is an annual publication, created within the framework of the Master in Law and Argumentation of the Faculty of Law, National University of Córdoba. Its main objective is the dissemination of scientific works in the areas of Political Philosophy, Philosophy of Law, Theory of Argumentation, Moral Philosophy and Juridical Sciences.
Call for papers Journal No. 2 - Tribute to Garzón Valdes 
Ernesto Garzón Valdes is an outstanding jurist and philosopher from Córdoba who contributes to central political discussions for Argentina and the world, such as human rights, democracy, multiculturalism, tolerance and inequality. His work covers with lucidity and solvency topics of political philosophy, ethics and philosophy of law. His academic career has many high points, but surely the most salient is the marked influence on the thinking of a whole generation of professors in Latin America, Spain and Germany.
In this second issue of the magazine we want to pay tribute to him, inviting those who follow his academic work to dialogue with him and publish their conclusions.
