As a narrative art that is focused most of the times on social life, the cinema has not been able to ignore the topic of Law. That is the case because the Law itself is no more than our very own social life viewed from a certain perspective. Therefore, the bonds between Law and cinema have been of reciprocity. The Law has always taken care of the cinema, particularly ever since the latter became a big industry. At the same time, the cinema has inevitably taken care of the Law, given that it is almost impossible to tell a human story without making any reference whatsoever to the legal field. This article, following other works by the author, explores this topic in the light of a key question: Is there such thing as legal cinema?Downloads
