Abstract
This dialogue delves into the topic of cost limitation in the Argentine judicial context, focusing on Article 730 of the Civil and Commercial Code (CCyCN). The implications, scope, and controversies surrounding this regulation are examined, considering its relationship with the Labor Contract Law and its application in specific cases.
