This article presents a brief analysis on professional technical education in Argentina and the possibilities that these have, based on professional practices, to generate educational spaces that also make it possible to build citizenship. As an example, the practice of students from the Escuela Industrial Superior in sanitary landfill in the city of Santa Fe together with workers of the Civil Dignity and Healthy Life Association.
