Cooperación internacional en la reducción de pobreza femenina entre China y América Latina

Abstract

China has achieved great success in reducing poverty, so much so that in 2020 extreme poverty was officially declared eradicated. For its part, Latin America is a continent with a high concentration of poverty, especially among the female group. Both parties, China and Latin America, are increasingly closer strategic partners on the global stage, sharing many common interests, while facing the same problems, such as the fight against female poverty. This study has the purpose of showing the trajectory of the public policies made by China in the reduction of female poverty. To this end, a series of proposals for future cooperation between both parties focused on this highly relevant issue are planted.
