Abstract

In a globalized world, International Judicial Cooperation (IJC) and advanced technologies are redefining Private International Law (PIL). The convergence between legal collaboration among countries and technological innovations has revolutionized the way cross-border legal issues are approached and resolved. These tools streamline international legal processes, overcoming old obstacles while also generating new challenges. This work explores how this intersection is transforming the global legal landscape, examining advantages, challenges, and future directions.
