VIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT POLICIES, STANDARDS AND INSTRUMENTS AND THEIR APPLICATION TO RENEWABLE ENERGIES IN THE PROVINCE OF CÓRDOBA

Abstract

This article aims to describe and analyze the regulate dissues on renewable energy sources and the scope of policies on the promotion and use of renewable energies formulated in laws at the national level and in the province of Córdoba. The use of environmental management instruments contained in Law 10,208 of provincial environmental policy, the instruments in use and the possibility of other applications to renewable energies. The main regulations on renewable energies sanctioned in the province and the use of other mechanisms and instruments proposed by the current provincial laws on the subject.
