E-PROCEDURAL ACTIVITY IN THE CIVIL JUSTICE ON THE JUDICIARY OF THE NATION ARGENTINA AND PROVINCE OF CÓRDOBA

Abstract

This article deals with civil and commercial e-justice in the Judiciary of the Nation of Argentina and the Province of Córdoba.

First, the analysis is about the procedural facts, the procedural activity, and the e-procedural activity. Second, the analysis focus on the e-procedural activity, its structure and classification, and the connection of the information and communications technology (ICT) with the procedural warrants and principles based on the Constitution, treaties of human rights and legal regulation. Finally, presents the conclusions.
