A SOCIOLOGICAL PERSPECTIVE OF THE JUDICIAL FUNCTION IN CASES OF PUBLIC-PRIVATE TENSION BROUGHT TO THE SUPERIOR COURT OF JUSTICE OF CÓRDOBA
Keywords:

This work can be translated as an exploratory text, which aims to show an approach to understand the judicial function, from a sociological perspective, specifically in the Judiciary of the Province of Córdoba. It has an empirical basis, compounded by a specific universe of resolutions in which the right to property was discussed, in cases of public-private tension. We will briefly develop Pierre Bourdieu's theory of fields, focused on the legal field and emphasizing the role of judges in it, to finally apply it in what we consider important to the specific cases mentioned above.
