Abstract

The Rectorate requests a report on a request presented by Dr. Escobar, not to be first on the list of three in Gynecology. -2°, Dr. Alejandro Ferrer is appointed Chief of the Urinary Tract Clinic. -3° A note from the Rector's Office is read, sanctioning an ordinance on examination periods. -4°: Dr. Deolindo Machado is appointed to the Chair of Medical Clinic. 5° Dr. Nores presents a project on the distribution of beds in the services of the Hospital de Clínicas. -6º. New contract with Dr. Ducceschi.

Author Biography

Alejandro Centeno, Universidad Nacional de Córdoba

Dr. Alejandro Centeno belonged to the University since 1891 when, by competition, he was appointed substitute professor in the chair of Internal Pathology. Later he was appointed to the chair of Nervous Diseases and until 1911 he was in charge of the latter chair and the two courses of Medical Clinic. In 1924 he retired.
In the order of the government of the House he has been Vice Rector, Dean, Councillor, Member of the National Academy of Medicine and Honorary Professor of the Faculty of Medical Sciences.

He died on July 12, 1941.
